Molly Debault is a seasoned attorney with a passion for providing exceptional legal services to clients in the Hill Country of Texas. With a focus on business law and real estate transactions, she brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and land expertise to her practice.
Molly Debault earned her Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School. After graduating, Molly worked as a landman running title, negotiating oil and gas leases, and performing curative title work in South Texas and the Barnett Shale. Her title and curative knowledge led to her working as a title attorney for a boutique oil and gas firm in Fort Worth, Texas. Molly returned to the Waco area as an associate general counsel for Texas State Technical College with a focus on contracts, leases, government, and education law. Then Molly started an oil and gas working interest company that she still runs today.
In 2021, Molly and her family moved to the Texas hill country where she established her own law practice and, together with her husband, opened Packsaddle Title Co.
Molly serves her professional community as a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and legislative committee member for the Texas Land Title Association. Molly is deeply committed to serving her local community as an active member of the Llano Lion’s club and frequent volunteer for her children’s numerous activities.
